Dimon Global Group — Division 01

SYSTEMS_

The engineering record of Dimon Global Group’s technology division. Every system on this page was written from scratch, in-house — no assembled frameworks, no borrowed engines — and is published with its measurements attached, including the experiments that didn’t ship.

SystemDescriptionRecord
NEUROGEN / SPHERION v0.4 Cognitive software architecture: six engines — concept, relationship, activation, competition, adaptive memory, reasoning/execution — with Go principles as computation, a language layer, and pipeline integration. Hash-verified release packages, tested against frozen predecessors. 1.000 vs 0.830 baseline
HOPE v0.11 Autonomous agent system in a single self-contained file: connectome knowledge graph, zero-trust policy gate, HMAC-signed manifests, sandboxed worker, built-in control interface. 189/189 tests passing
HOPE FORGE 61-module on-device agent framework — a multi-agent organism with a master control loop, refined module by module; agent mesh verified live. 61 modules
HOPE PI Self-maintaining autonomous hardware nodes on single-board computers: self-provisioning, self-monitoring, self-recovering infrastructure. 24/7 by design
HOPE BRIDGE Device-integration layer serving real phone capabilities — location, sensors, telephony — to the systems that need them, over a token-authenticated local interface. 2 platforms bridged
PRIVACY TOOLING Data-broker opt-out tracking and removal-queue tooling: every submission prepared, approved, and followed up on a schedule. 30 brokers queued

method

how the record is kept honest
M—01

Built, not assembled

Systems are written line by line on standard-library foundations. If a part can’t be inspected, it doesn’t go in — every component can be read, tested, and answered for.

M—02

Hash-verified releases

Releases ship as packages with published SHA-256 hashes and are regression-tested against their frozen predecessors, byte for byte, before anything is called final.

M—03

Negative results published

Experiments that fail are recorded as failures, in the same document as the wins. A benchmark page that only shows victories isn’t a record — it’s an advertisement.

Public release program

The Reverb Line

The division’s public program runs on a simple rule: publish only what has already been surpassed. Proven generations are released openly — with full documentation — once the in-house line has moved past them, so the public record is always real and the working edge stays in-house.

Under the Reverb banner, retired and abandoned software concepts are also rebuilt from scratch for current technology — clean-room reimplementations, credited to their originals, fused where fusion makes something genuinely new. Releases land on the Group’s GitHub: github.com/DimonGlobalGroup.
