Issue No. 1 · The Dimon Dispatch
First Light: A Firm, A Standard, A Constellation
NOVEMBER 2, 2026
A firm
Dimon Global Group was founded on November 1, 2026. It begins as a small firm with a deliberate shape: one flagship, a set of specialized desks, and a public record that anyone can inspect. This letter, The Dimon Dispatch, is part of that record. It will appear periodically, not on a promised calendar, and it will carry only what the firm can stand behind — work done, work verified, and work honestly described as still in progress.
A standard
The firm’s standard is a short sentence: Truth, made real. It is not decoration. It governs how the Group writes, builds, and publishes. A claim that cannot be checked does not ship as a claim. A result that cannot be reproduced does not ship as a result. A release that cannot be verified does not ship as a release. The sentence is easy to print and harder to keep, which is precisely why it was chosen. Every page in the constellation and every release in the program is measured against it first.
A constellation
The constellation is live. The flagship stands at dimonglobalgroup.com, where the firm presents itself in full. Around it, specialized pages carry the separate desks: Systems for the engineering work, Media for the publishing record, Founder for the office that directs the firm, and Cinema for long-form film. Each page has one job and does it in the open. Together they form a single public address for the Group — organized, linked, and scannable, so that a reader who finds any one page can find the rest without having to trust a search result to assemble the picture.
The record
The engineering record that the firm opens with is NEUROGEN and its current form, SPHERION v0.4. In the Group’s measured experiments, SPHERION reached task accuracy of 1.000 against a baseline of 0.830 on the same tasks. Reproducibility across those experiments was 100%. Releases are hash-verified, so the file a reader downloads can be checked, digit for digit, against the file the Group published. Those three numbers — accuracy, reproducibility, and verification — are the opening entry in the record. They are stated here because they were measured, and they will be corrected in this letter if a later measurement ever requires it.
Software from the Group is published through a GitHub release program. The program exists for the same reason this letter does: to put dated, inspectable artifacts where anyone can find them, rather than asking anyone to take a description on faith. What is published there is work the Group has already surpassed in its own development — released in the open, under the same standard, as part of the permanent record.
What comes next
Future issues of the Dispatch will carry the record as it accumulates: new releases, new pages, new measurements, and corrections where corrections are due. No fixed schedule is promised, and none should be inferred from this first issue. When there is something verified to say, there will be another issue. Until then, the constellation stays live, the archive stays public, and the standard stays exactly as printed above. Truth, made real.
